My complaint is with the moonbounce rental company, Awesome Bounce, a subsidsary of Rage'n Creations. This past weekend was my son's 9th birthday party. I had scheduled a moonbounce rental for the day of his party with the company Awesome Bounce. On their website Awesome Bounce promises a 100% satisfaction guarentee on all products offered by their company. My moonbounce was scheduled to be delivered between 9-11 a.m. on the day of my son's party. The party was scheduled from 12-3 p.m. with many children from his school, family and friends invited. The moonbounce driver arrived at my door at 2:35 p.m. with only 25 minutes left of the party. He was the very rude and offered no apologies for ruining my son's birthday party. There was no discount offered and when I even mentioned it he became hostile and started cursing in front of more than twenty children all under the age of 9. When I asked to speak to his boss, he informed me that he would not set up the bouncer and drove away calling me names. At no point was I ever rude or mean to this man. We tried to call the company's 800# the entire morning without any answer. When I did finally end up speaking to someone from the company later in the evening they offered no apology and nothing to make up for our loss. My son's party was entirely centered around having this moonbounce to play in and without it the children were all very sad and disappointed throughout the party. I have never dealt with a company that offers such terrible customer service. I want to get the word out to anyone and everyone possible. If you are in the market for a moonbounce rental please be very cautious of the Awesome Bounce company. Thank you.
