This company is a rip off. They offer 'free' seminar to people in the mortgage business. The only thing they do for 4 hours is convince people to spend over $400.00 to sit for another 8 hours so they can sell you an additional 6 months of 'coaching' for $3400.00. 'PAY UPFRONT - NO REFUNDS If you do the math they charge $261.00 per hour. RIP OFF
