Money transfer to India-Remit2india

i dont know how to explain my experience with remit2india. generally i used to read a lot before sending money or buying something but here i beleived them as they belongs to times group. in a month time i am one of the frustrated customer of them. i have done 2 transactions 1 month back and still its going. Even if to Bhubaneswar they are saying they dont have courier service and registered post goes for last 1 month!!! can you beleive it!! they are not replying mails. when u call they are not asking anything..reply it will reach!!! i am so frustrated that i want to do something so that other ppl wont face the same problem. i have reffered 5 friends as well but no Rs500. i will relaxed if the money reaches to my home..i am not going to use this service anymore but at least i need the money should reach. say me what to do.
