Money grabbing criminals

HSBC are the biggest criminals I have ever come across, having had 2 direct debits unable to go out due to a change in circumstances I have been charged £120.00 in charges for administration, the total for the the direct debits £90.00 where is the sense in that. HSBC The worlds local bank, if it was I would burn it down!!!
