I went because I had a wisdom tooth I had for years break. I had never been to these places before (choosing to go to a real dentist) When I arrived and they took an x-ray, they came back and told me what i was going to have happen...an extraction, a bone graft, along with something else i cannot remember.. Then the financne person came in and said my insurance would not cover the bone graft for which i would have to pay.. altogether with my 50 dollar deductable 298.00 of which i did not have. I told her the schoolbooks i had to pay for, the electric bill i had to pay...she said that they had no payment plans for extraction, and that the credit card they tried to make me sign up for, I did not qualify. I left with my tooth still aching...luckily the pain subsided and I made an appointment with a real dentist. They look an xray of my mouth which showed i only had one wisdom tooth (the one that needed to be removed) a bone graft is only used when there is a tooth above a missing tooth so the gum below does not get damaged..Or it used when replacing a space with a fake tooth.. a bone graft is placed under so the gum does not recede or something like that. Fact is.. dont go to this place or thsi chain, my dentist said that these places hire dentist who cannot get jobs anywhere else, most likely because no one would hire them. My girlfreind went to another location in this chain and got a bridge doen... and they did not do a bone graft on her...why they think I needed a bone graft on a wisdom tooth removal when you dont need your wisdom teeth is beyond me.
