why is it every time something appears too good to be true, it is! I signed up to a mobile phone contract through an independant trader last November where every month i recieve cash back for my second line. Now after only paying me for the first four months they will not pay me the outstanding payments. I dont now how the network providers continue to let agents acting on their behalf can con the consumer and continue to get away with it!!
