I terminated my 3mobile phone in november by phone.3month later i realized they were still taking money from my bank account £35.00.i rung 3in january enquiring why they are taking money.They said no phone call was made.evidence on itemised phone bill recorded phone call.3 has been sending letters of litigation and court for non payment of £47.28.3 said the phone call that was made for termination was only 5seconds.and they can't proof my cancel request.The phone has not been use since i made the cancel.What do I do?It is the incompetence of their staff for not asking me further question.all i did was made the cancellation mobile number and my name.I would pay the money if i am in the wrong but i feel this big company are exploiting users.They are so happy to sell you phones over phone calls but seems to make one feel so small when one wants to terminate the contract.
