I was in STASPLES office supply 9/30/2006 after 5pm and a woman asst.mngr.and a gray haired tall salesman,both persons were rude to me.I will NOT spend ANY more money at STAPLES if Regional or National Mngr.Doesn't SEVERELY REPRIMAND and PUT in their EMPLOYMENT File,Then you will Lose a Valued Customer. But Unless you CORRECT the problem ,I Will Not be in STAPLES OFFICE SUPPLY Again. Also if you Only Listen to One Side of Story,YOU ARE NOT ACTING PROFESSIONALLY. RESPOND to bobjones635@VERIZON.NET If you Care About Your Customers. I am Expecting a TIMELY RESPONSE.
