I would like to compalin about the process of doggedly refutin the claims of employees who have been injured on the job. Serious injuries tend to turn into more serious injuries from lack of proper treatment while OWCP treats every bit of paperwork as a lie, and then tells the employees they must prove their case. The evidence we submit is oftentimes exactly what they requested, but then they go and hire another doctor to refute what you and yours have already determined, sometimes more than one or two doctors. The process is overwhelming and it tends to make the injured party feel worthless and helpless.
