It's possible to be in love with someone while still having residual feelings for your ex. I suggest you contact your ex husband and talk about it, see what's going on. See if these feelings are worth persuing. But don't hide it from your current love. That would be a scumbag move. Explain to him and I'm sure he'll understand if he's such a loveable fella.
