we as a family went to las america in tenareife staying at the hotel dell a pax appartments but when we went out shoping one day for some psp games for my kids the day was soon to get bad . we got back to the hotel del apaz and the maid had bean in to clean up and what ever else they do my kids went to get there psp and game boy so they could play there new games BUT they had all gone off the work top we went to the manager of the hotel to complain and he said well im sorry i cant do anythink so make your own mind to how they went missing with no singe of a break in . CAN ANY ONE HELP ME
