I transfered my telephone services to Utilities Warehouse from BT. They duped me into signing a contract guaranteeing to save me money. They didn't tell me this was only if I made £100 worth of calls per month - anything under that and I still have to pay - ie. I make just £20 worth of calls I still pay £100. Absolute rip off. I wrote to their director but not even had the courtesy of an aknowledgement. I am livid, pack of b*stards.
