A REPLACEMENT WARRANTY WAS NOT EVEN AVAILABLE TO SELL ON THIS IPOD ,, NEEDLESS TO SAY BEST BUY HAS HAD THE IPOD IN FOR REPAIR NUMEROUS TIMES AND NOW BECAUSE OF A MICRO SCOPIC SMALL CREASE THE SIZE OF A PIN HEAD ... BEST BUY IS REFUSING TO WARRANT ANYTHING . THANK YOU BEST BUY BECAUSE YOU WILL NEVER SEE ONE MORE DOLLAR OF OUR MONEY EVER AGAIN . WE SPENT 400.00 FOR THIS WORTHLESS POD THAT YOU LOOKED FOR THE CLOSEST EXCUSE TO GET OUT OF SERVICING YOUR PRODUCT . IT WAS MY SON'S CHRISTMAS PRESENT .... THIS WAS YOUR TARGET CONSUMER FOR THE FUTURE . NOT ANYMORE ... AND BY THE WAY KEEP THE POD BECAUSE WE ARE NOT PAYING THE 24.00 FOR SHIPPING AND HANDLING ...
