Why should a 17 year old be paid less for doing the same work as a 22 year old? You could say that 17 year olds have no responsibility; they are young free and not tied to a mortgage! Well how many 22 year olds in today's world do you know who can afford a mortgage? Many 17 year olds are left to look after them selves, they have no parents and cant afford decent accommodation all because someone has decided a 17 year old can live off less than a 17 year old! Do they not need to eat? I have a younger Sister who works approx 45 hours a week as a fully qualified hair dresser, she has £100 a week for this, she's 20 and living on her own with no family, how is she supposed to live, no one could accuse her of trying to sponge of the state she works really hard! WHAT ARE THESE PEOPLE SUPPOSED TO DO?
