Military Officer sending out explicit materials

This guy at Caston.Leonard@dol.gov and castiron27@yahoo.com keeps destroying families and corrupting child's minds by passing around explicit (dirty) materials. He and his buddies have been asked to stop on many many times but they continue to do so. How can a man who is suppose to protect and serve do something like this? deeply destroyed
