I went to the spring Auburn, CA home show and seen Mike Todd & Sons concrete shower with waterfall. I left my telephone number and he returned my call to set up an estimate. In June Mike came to my home and gave me an estimate on remodeling my shower. His estimate sounded reasonable so I asked him when he might be able to start. He replied in a few weeks. So I called him the last week in June and was told that he would be able to start my job the week of July 4, 2006. I told Mike that I would arrange to have all the materials removed by July 5th. My husband and I stayed home July 4th weekend to remove all the old shower material. Mike stopped by that day and said he would be out that week to start my job. Mike didn't show up that week or the next week or the next week. I left a message each week until after 2 months I gave up. On October 1st I again went to the fall Auburn, CA home show and Mike Todd was again there taking orders for his concrete showers. When I asked him why he never returned any of my calls he told me he was too busy and now could not complete my shower for 2 years. Now I sit with no shower since July 4, 2006. What a disappointment. I would have never torn my shower out if I had known that the real date of completion was 2 years away. Mike Todd watched my husband and I tear out our shower on July 4th and never bothered to mention that he couldn't do my job for 2 years. Don't use Mike Todd & Sons Concrete in Auburn, CA.
