Miguel Trujillo is an independant contractor out of Colorado Springs, Colorado cell: 719-209-2460 whom I hired on 10/6/06 to finish my 200 sq ft basement. Payment of $3500 was made up front, but the project came to a stop on 10/20/06 and my calls have not been returned for over a month. Framing, partial electrical and partial drywall were completed. The agreement was to finish the entire project including framing, all electrical, all drywall and texture, trim, carpet and doors. The carpet was purchased from Billy Raucho, which he claimed was ordered and arrived to him. However, he also has not returned my calls for installation.
