middle school sucks

The school my son goes to is a joke! Whenever we have questions or concerns about our son we have dealt with his dean. She talks down to us and makes sarcastic comments. The dean is rude and when we talked to the VP he makes excuses for her behavior. He says she has 2 kids sick at home and is having a hard time. So does that entitle her to talk to parents or adults like she talks to the children? There has not been any resolution to our problems and there has been no follow up. This is not a good way to run a school.
