My husband and I would like to complain about the refund process of Middle East Airlines. On July 19, 2006 we called them to ask for a refund on a ticket to Beirut, Lebanon. During the conversation the representative informed us that it will take 4-5 weeks for the refund to go through. It is not our fault, that there is a war in Lebanon, we want the $1,400 back by mail. This is just inexcusable.
