I want to kill the next bastard that preaches or writes a book about what good Nutrition Is. Everyone knows what good Nutrition Is. they say Yogurt Is good for You but My question Is where In the hell do You get Yogurt? I do not mean that stuff make out of shit and call It Yogurt. Last year I could not get Yogurt at any of the local grocery store If You call over 5 miles local try riding a Bicycle 5 miles mostly up hill while You have the flu, this year one of the grocery stores started selling Yogurt but It's Yoplait brand that puts dead Animals In their Yogurt and calls It Kosher and If McDonald's and the rest of these fast Food restaurants sells Yogurt they probably put Animal fat In It. Stony Field makes good Yogurt bet the nearest store that sells It Is In another state over 175 miles away If Stony Field made half the effort making Their Yogurt available to the general Public as They do with Their web sight They might have Something. And why Is It fast Food restaurants fry Everything and on top of that they fry It In Animal fat Including Fish and potatoes which should be BAKED NOT fried and which fast Food restaurant sell Carrots and Broccoli and Spinach and Blueberries and Healthy Foods as that? I know some of you will say why don't You go to the store and get It? Why don't you shut the hell up? The nearest discount store Is 20 miles away and all their Food Is made out of shit the nearest Health Food store Is over 40 miles away and that Is a very long way especially when the store opens at around 8 am and closes at 9 am and all You have Is an old pickup Truck that gets 10 miles to a gallon has no Air Conditioning and It gets over 100 degrees F There are some mail order Health Food stores as Net Grocer,com that sells not Refrigerated Foods but has very high shipping cost another Health Food store Is Diamond Organic but again high shipping cost starting at $25.00 I was able to find a good Health Food store In Canada and I looked at Amazon.com for good Yogurt but It comes from Greece but I Think that Is damn stupid In order to get good Food It has to be ordered from other Countries
