Im complaining because im trying to find out if me and my husband are eligible to receive a message from the Queen? Ive made muliple phone calls and I tried looking on the internet but I can't find any information. This year my husband and I will be celebrating our diamond wedding anniversary. Will this make us eligible to receive a congratulatory message from the Queen? This is my last resort as I've exhausted all other options. Thank you.
