The menopause has called a halt to our love life. We have a good marriage and sex has always played an important part. However, since the menopause my wife has found it difficult to become aroused and is not longer orgasmic. She is frustrated ans says she is 'not a real woman any more'. I am desperate to help her regain her confidence. What can I do to help her?
