On 3rd February 06 I signed a contract with Aston fox State Agency (196 High St North east Ham London E6 2JA) to let the properaty, Which was let out on the 3rd February 06 for 2 years, it was agreed 10% for full management to be taken on the 1st payment and after that I would get the full rent. Unfortunately the State Agency is not complying with the agreement until today I only received 155.98£ rent on 25th of April. I have called and spoke with Stephany the Account Manager about 8 times and all she said was that she will do her best and nathing gets done. I also so contacted Mr Phil( Aston fox owner) on he said he was busy at the time so he called me back next day and said he did not know what was going on and that he was going to sort it out bout nothing has been done I called to make an appointment with Mr Phil but the person on the phone said that Mr Phil was very bisy it souds like no one takes the full responsability to resolve the issues. Situations that delays the payments but this has gone on for to long an I had to borow money to pay the moorgadge. I also went to the office to speake with Stephany or Mr Phil but they are never available.
