Melaleuca Company, This is another Enron in the making. I cancelled my service by phone, email, U.S. Mail and by certified mail all for nothing because they continued to withdraw funds out of my account and send me products that they will not take back. When you call customer service (if you can understand them) they tell you 'it's no problem just send them a letter by fax'. You can tell that they are reading from a script. Everyone needs to contact the following in the City you live in; 1.) District Attorney Office 2.) Better Business Buearu 3.) Chamber of Commerce 4.) Attorney or file a small claims suit pro-se (yourself) 5.) Tell everyone you know 6.) United States Fraud Department 7.) All credit reporting agencies 8.) Close the checking account or credit card you used ASAP Mrs. Salazar
