my husband was at Bluefield Regional Medical center to have his graft(for dialysis) unclogged. We were told to be there by 9:00a.m.We arrived 25 mins early just to be ran around from one department to another. After we are finally registered and sent to radiology--we have to sit another 2 hours before he is finally called in. I sit another 3 hours without being told anything about the status of the procedure or the condition of my husband. One of the nurses comes to the waiting room and tells another patient and her family that the surgeon has run into some complications and a patient and is having to do emergency angio-plasty. I go to the receptionist and inquire about my husband and is informed that it is him having the complication. I am very disturbed about the situation.
