MEDIACOM HAS NOT ONE PERSON THAT IS WILLING TO LISTEN TO ME OR TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT. I CANCELED MY EXTENDED SERVICE AND I ONLY HAVE ONE TV HOOKED UP. THEY CONTINUED TO CHARGE ME A TON FOR THIS SERVICE THAT I DIDN'T GET AND THEN I FOUND OUT THAT MY DAUGHTER (WHO LIVES 2 BLOCKS FROM ME) WAS GETTING ALL THESE SERVICES PLUS HAS 3 TV'S HOOKED UP TO CABLE. I HAVE BEEN FIGHTING WITH THEM FOR MONTHS AND NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. NOW, THEY HAVE TURNED MY ACCOUNT OVER TO COLLECTIONS. I AM FURIOUS. NO ONE FROM THE CORPORATE OFFICE IS ABLE TO BE REACHED. WHAT CAN I DO? THIS IS TOTAL CRAP!
