Still waiting for my refund from Mediacom for their screw-up. We were scheduled for an installation, took off work, waited all morning. Nobody showed up, called CS and asked what happened, the person who took my order (in person at the office) wrote the wrong phone number down. When the tech called, no answer, no installation, next available install ... 2 more weeks. Forget it!!! Went with satelite TV. but still waiting for them to return my initial payment they HAD to have.
