Media Travel

My complaint is against a company called Media Travel. Supposed to operate out of Egham Surrey however you will be lucky to get thropugfh to a english speaking person in their call centre loacted in India. over the last 10 days I have spent a total of 14 hours on hold listening to the national anthem. al I want is my money back from a holiday i wass sold incorrectly they just hang up on me. What can I do to get back at these animals??/
