mean to employees

I have seen such maen statemenat at a resturant called Buddy's Barbaque. Rite in fron of the customers they treat there employees like treas and it upsets the dinning experience. They i am happy to say higher people who are emotionaly challenged and i like this but...they WALK ON THEM !
