I hate people that intentionally use people that are nice to them. I let a couple that I knew stay in my extra bedroom while the husband was looking for a job. They had moved out of their apartment because they were supposed to move to another area for a job, however the company called and told the guy they didn't need him. Basically they hired him and let him go before his first day of work. They were struggling and didn't have much money at the time. So I let them stay in my house for about a month and the wife was not respectful of my things and although I charged them 1/4 of what they should have paid for rent they haven't paid. It's been about 4 months since they've moved out.
