Me? Obese?

Just discovered my BMI officially puts me into the Obese category for my height and gender. My husband won't believe me, and I am ashamed to ever admit it to anyone. I will keep this secret for my future daughters should they ever suffer with weight issues like I have and urge them to stay healthy.
