mckenzie trainers!!!!

i brought my new trainers a week ago. I put them on the first time i was going to go out as i was eager to show them off... After 20 minutes of wlking my heals had split open on both feet. This was embarresting and very painful. The problem with these shoes are the backs they are very hard. I brought them in kettering and will soon be returning them. I take it mckenzie do not care about customer comfort!
