Fed up with MBNA bank europe continuing to send bank statements and other mail to a previous occupant of my house, despite complaints in writing and verbally to bank. If anyone is thinking of joining this bank, then DON'T!!! If you move house they will continue to send confidential details including credit card details to your old address despite being told.
