Maybe Swearing Isn't So Bad

According to a recent study by British researchers, saying the “F” word or any other commonly used swear word can work to reduce physical pain. This is good news because I swear a lot. I remember as a pre-teen, I use to love shocking adults by yelling the “F” word whenever anything annoyed me. As I grew older, my swearing seemed to increase. It got so I couldn’t finish a sentence without saying the “F” word or the “S” word. I thought this would decrease as I got older but I seem to swear even more today than when I did as a kid. But maybe that’s not such a bad fucking thing (oh shit, there I go again).

You're right. I did swear once at work and almost did get fired with the boss saying some shit like: "We don't appreciate that kind of language around here." I wanted to tell him to go fuck himself but I kept it to myself.

Don't do it at work. I got fired for saying something obscene a few years ago.
