I bought an englander euro top bed set along with 2 sheet sets 'that said they we`re QUEEN size sets on the package' and a bed frame on 09/13/2006 I came home washed my bedding because it was going to be delivered the following day to my home. I got the bed set Randy and Seth had delivered 'at 1:30pm Seth didnt even come in the house' I noticed the mattress itself on the corners had something wrong with it so I had pointed it out to my husband he then showed Randy ,Randy himself said 'it shouldnt look like that for as much money as you paid for it, you need to call them back and tell them so we can deliver you another mattress, which he thought they could deliver the following day' I called Craig at the Salem Oregon Store on Lancaster Drive NE told him about the corners of the mattress he set me a time up to deliver 'but it wasnt going to be until the following Saturday' So I asked him what kind of deal we could work out because I had paid alot of money for the bed to have to put it together and have to sleep on it until Saturday He said he could throw a set of sheets in since they didnt have at the time I said sounds good to me., Mean time we went to put the sheet set on it and found out it wasnt fitting so my husband looked at the tag on it and it was for a FULL size bed NOT QUEEN like it said on the package so then I had to take THAT sheet set back to the store Craig looked at it went and got me another package I had him check it out and IT was a full size bedding set as well so he went and got a THIRD bedding set checked it out and it was FINALLY a queen size bedding set we needed 'at that time I had been complaining to Craig about this matter because I had to run clear across town to take the bedding set back' I We then got the NEW UNDAMAGED mattress brought to our home on 09/16/2006 at '12:30pm' they said they didnt see any damage on the corners which we didnt either HOWEVER Once they had left 'Randy and some other guy' we went to put bedding on the mattress and its got a big black mark or stain on the side of the mattress 'looks like grease but Im not sure' the top looks like someone had already slept in it before I have NOT called the Salem store back about this because its been a HUGE hassle for me as it is 'the bed being dirty as it is 'voids the warranty ' so I want to make some sort of a deal with this or you can come and get it and the frame with the sheet sets and I will just take my money back' I EXPECT to get GOOD Quality service from your company for as much as I paid for your goods I expect to hear back from you ASAP Thanks for your attention on this matter Lori then I left my address and phone number 'I have sent 3 emails to mattress world and they have NOT even emailed me back or called me about this I want something done for as much as that bed costed me it wasnt worth it
