Match.com has an automatic resubscribe feature that continues to bill your credit card even after you go to their website to unsubscribe. You can't get a refund if they continue to bill you, because of a company-wide 'no refund' policy!!! What kind of reputable company has a 'no refund' policy even if their web service makes a mistake!! I signed up for an initial 3 month period, but found it such a meat market that I pulled my profile off-line after less that 1 month and resigned my membership on-line. For this 1 month of service, I ended up paying for 5 months worth of fees. STAY AWAY FROM MATCH.COM unless you are looking to get ripped off!
