Matag washer

I purchased a Matag washing machine that was installed in October 2006. This machine will not mix the hot and cold water when on the warm/cold cycle. Have had two (2) different service men to look at it to no avail. The company tech tells the service men that the cold water tempature must be at least in the 60's degrees in order for the mixing switch to work. This tech would not even talk to me when I asked to speak to him. He said that I would have to talk to customer service. He also told the repair man for me to wait until winter to see if it works then. This is not satisfactory.
