I have been making hotel reservations at various National and International Hotels and for over 15 years and for as long as I can remember, I have never been hung up on and talked to in the manner that I was today (check your logs for 11:25am et, the Customer Service Representative Brandy Accounts Receivable -Tennessee) Numerous times I requested a Manager or another Representative due to her constant referral of what problems Marriott was having etc., managers are at lunch and a host of other problems that is not of my concern. I strongly feel that as a representative of customer service that you treat people just like you would want to be treated whenever dealing with them. From 7:30am until 12:00 I made at least 7 different phone calls concerning this matter and Marilyn Noble was the one who really made the difference in whether or not we will continue to do business with Marriott. You are the best hotel by far but if this is the way that customer service is going which is down hill then we as a whole company will conduct business elsewhere.
