I bought a marni bag in july'06 and it had a problem - after 4 1/2 months i am struggling with them. i paid 1079US$ for the bag and their corporate office has a no return policy and noone called me back despite several phone calls to address the problem. customer service is non existent ! if you spend that much money make sure you go with a company who will listen to you if you complain and stand behind their quality
