I had came to my set appointment with this M.A.P office on the date of 10/10/06. The time was 1:20 pm .When the receptionist called me up to her window, she told another client to also approach using the phrase 'YALL' to get personal information as if she were trying to take two appointments at once. This is how this confusion started. I was told by the person who speaks to clients in his office prior to this visitation, that all i needed to bring to my next appointment was a statement regarding proof of residence or support statement, proof of income, and I.D. I had brung my I.D, A written letter regarding my housing support with my relative and my social security card.The fuss began over my employment status. At first i tried to inform this receptionist or secretary that i was registered with a temp agency but had not received any work in the past few months, due to the fact that i was taking job training courses. I had trouble telling her this due to the nature of her speaking very bluntly and i beleive that she misunderstood what i was saying. So then she started ranting and raving about other clients and calling me quote on quote 'Brother'. I took a little offence to that phrase and over the top statements. So then i retorted in my defense. She claims that i used profanity when i only used the word 'ass' in my retort. How is that such profanity when there is a movie out with that word in the title. I admitted to her supervisor that i should have handled my anger better but the lady provoked me by calling me out of my name around her coworkers and other clients, threatening to call the cops, using a loud tone of voice, trying to speak to another client at the time of my approach, and being uncooperative with me. I felt exploited by her demands , attitude, and statements before my reply.So then i had to go to the second window for my appointment to be reset. The rude receptionist's coworker then sort of jumped on the ban wagon and started snatching paper from my hand, giving me mean looks and being unreasonable towards me. When i asked for a name all she gave me was the name lillia if not mistaking. She was the second receptionist to treat me this way in the name of taking sides with her coworker. I dont see how these two ladys keep the job they do and still have this attitude towards different people. And this is the kind of attitude i seem to always get after weeks of waiting for my appointments. I had to deal with this type of attitude more than one time so i just got fed up.
