I want to complain about lazy managers who do not support their staff, especially if a customer wants to speak to a manager and the manager knows the customer is waiting but keeps walking off to have little chats with other people. Really pisses me off, just do your fucking job! Useless managers, who the fuck needs them anyway? What do they do? They do exactly fuck all and their job is a cop out!
