I have a complaint about www.MyKnobs.com. I ordered three set of products from this firm and one set of products was coming directly from their manufacturer. I received the products from the manufacturer (11 Sugatsune - Hook Collection Stainless Steel Hook - ( SUG-16178 ) $99.99,) very inferior, much smaller than what was stated on the MyKnobs' website. The size was supposed to be 37mm and projection was to be 47 mm. What I received were 20 mm in length, very inferior, and not as pictured and described. I called MyKnobs.com and explained that clearly I was sent the wrong product. I told them that I will not be opening the packages and will be sending them directly back to them. They said that as long as I do not open the packages, I will not incurr the 25% restocking fee. The products were visible from the clear plastic packages. Mykknobs.com refuse to issue a full credit. They deducted the 25% fee. In addition, they will not let me order other items so that I can get the discount of 10%. I was entitled to 10% discount because my original order was over $600. Their reasoning was because my order dropped in price, I was not allowed the 10% discount and they were charging me the restocking fee. If they let me order other merchandise my order could still total over $600. My order was still over $500 even after the return. This firm advertises falsely and does not honor their advertised special.
