I ordered a Softlux Pillow for $79.80 in March. Three months later, five calls later, almost an hour of which was spent on hold, and I still have no pillow and no refund. I have asked to speak to a supervisor and am told no one is available. Do not order from this company! They will take your money and feed you with promises and apologies, and you never get a product
