everytime i go to macdonalds in mansfield louisiana, my order is wrong.i usually go to the drive through, and i'm in line 15 or 20 min. and when i finally get to the window, my order is wrong. they will tell you to pull up so that they can wait on other cars and that's at least another 5 or 10 mins., and then your order is still wrong. so i'll end up having to get out and go in. that's what it takes for me to get my order right. they don't offer you a coke or anything while you wait, one day i made thr suggestion,and the manager told me that i'd better get out of there because she hadn't sent me through any changes.and the one in bossier city,off of benton rd. next to the freeway, i had to do the same thing and my order was made three different times before it was right. and then i hadto pull up and get out. i suggested a free coke or my meal free and the manager, gave me sliced apples, okay, i'm on a diet, that included carmel sauce.she made the statement that they don't usually do that , that she wouldn't want everyone to start doing that. i;m going to come all the way from mansfield 50 miles or so just to get a free cheeseburger. i'm hot and tired , gas is high, kids are hungry,traffic is heavy, and i'm tripping. i asked for the main office number and she gives me apples. i called the mansfield store and got the no. today, but got no answer, only a recording. i can't pull it up on the internet. there must be a way to get in touch with the complaint division.this is a small town and i have kids that like to eat at macdonalds. there's nothing else here except a dairy queen and a sonic,but they are too expensive.
