Lying to Customer

Autobahn Used Car Dealership in Leesburg, VA was difficult to work with. The person who sold us the car promised the title in 2-3 weeks. Since we lived far away, it had to be mailed. 4 weeks went by and we called about the title. They were belligerent and said it had been certified mail and if it got lost, it was our fault. I said I thought they were lying about sending it and I would contact Better Business Bureau. They really got belligerent then and said my threatening them with legal action (which I did not do) would be a big mistake. The next day we got the title and it was delivered priority mail and had been mailed the day before. I personally would never deal with Autobahn again.
