make an appoint with your priest to talk with him and pray to Jesus especially in meditation (relaxing), honestly i do hope the best will happen for you. When I got upset I went to emotions anonymous dot org (i think thats the address) meetings and it did wonders for me. I go to codependentsanonymous.org meeting and i love the 12 step work.
