Lump in my penis (please help me im desperate)

I know this is a weird place to seek medical advice but just listen. On a day not too long ago i was getting ready to jerk off, when i noticed a bump on the top, bottom right side of my penis. It just appeared one day out of nowhere, but i didnt feel any pain and even when i apply presure it still doesnt hurt. It started off as really big but it shrunk a little bit the next day. Its shape sort of feels tube like but i cant tell for sure. I know its not an ingrown pubic hair or a genital wart because im a virgin. I did some digging on penis anatomy and i think the issue might be that my corpus cavernosum was moved out of place accidentally while i was jerking off one time. But i beleive the corpus cavernosum is far too larg to makr a bump as small as mine. Thats all the info i have, if anyone has an idea of whats wrong with me please let me know, and again i understand how weird it is to ask for help in a place like this but i dont have many options.

This happened to me about six years ago. I went to a doctor who referred me to a specialist. It turns out the lump was just some fat cells that gathered in an inconvenient place. They did a quick operation on me with local anesthetic. It was kind of tender for a few weeks, but everything turned out okay. I was freaking out because I was afraid it might have been some latent venereal disease that was just manifesting itself after a couple of years, from the time before I'd met my fiancée, but it turned out I was worried over nothing. You're probably worrying over nothing, too. So don't sweat it and get yourself checked out. I hope this helps.

I seem to be going through exactly what your describing but the only difference is that its not near the head of my penis, its near the base. But i will take your word for it and just let it shrink on its own, it has been a few days though and i'll start getting really worried if it lingers. Thank you.

I've had this happen to me several times while jacking and during sex with condoms that were too tight. It's really no big deal, its actually blood that gets somehow hardened and then it goes away on its own after a couple of days. By the next day you will have noticed it shrunk and then it continues shrinking till it's gone. It feels tubular and it is horizontal not vertical on the penis shaft near the head but on the shaft. You can massage it away too and it works. try it. Don't be alarmed its just the way your penis works.
