Lowes/Troybuilt lawnmowers

I've had 3 troybuilt lawn mowers the last 2 years and was able to take 2 back to lowes for exchange but the 3rd one I was unable to exchange because they discontinued the model and would not give me credit. I have purchased many items the last 10 years @ lowes and I will not purchase from them again. The customer service is lousey, and the merchandise must be defected, because in the last 10 years I have taken back the lawnmowers which the screws fell out of and the motor came through the body, plus 2 rug cleaners, a washing machine. I finally wisened up and took my business to Home Depot where the customer service has been excellent each and every time and I have not had to return one item I have purchased there.
