I am so sick of going to Lowes' to make a purchase and no one will even come close to helping. I had one section manager just walk off. My sister bought a wood/stain glass door; the dooor was in stock. one month later no door and they could not find any information about her buying the door. After a call to Lowes' Distric office. Things happened with in hours. but it took a month to get to that point.
