lowe's has a service where you can pay for your appliances and cabinets and they will allow your independant contractor to pick up the order. they have twice lost my order before pickup and tells my contractor that they have no record of it and no record of payment on the items. also i went to store the first time to clear matters up and had to pay again for cabinets i had already bought so my contractor could continue to work. i told the zone mgr that i would be back with the receipt from the original order and that i will want cash money, no store credit, since they made the mistake. the next day i came back with the receipt proving that i had paid twice for the same items. the zone mgr brushed me off and was to get with me in a couple of days. they haven't called me yet and it has been 5 days.
